For fellowship/small group meetings, and Sunday School Classes, after each meeting, sanitize the furniture and items used with wipes or alcohol spray with 75% alcohol (not more than 80%). Finish the meeting on time and allow 15 mins for cleaning so that the venue can be handed over to the following users.

To ensure a smooth entry, install the “LeaveHomeSafe” app or update it to version 3.4.0 or above. So that your QR code of “Vaccine Pass”, “Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate” or “Recovery Record” can be effectively scanned.

If you have difficulty storing the Vaccine Pass on your LeaveHomeSafe App, you can also bring a copy (print or digital) of Vaccine QR code, Recovery QR Code, or Exemption Proof QR Code,

“Red Code” and “Amber Code” in the “Vaccine Pass”.
